This machine is controlled by a numerical control system. Users can customize the material processing parameters, and the repeat positioning accuracy can reach ±0.2mm
It automatically feeds and separates nails through a dedicated nail feeding device and has a nail-free detection function.
By adopting two-axis numerical control technology, as long as the position of the first nail, the number of nails to be driven and the length of the profile are input, the system will automatically calculate the nail distance. Moreover, multiple workpieces can be clamped simultaneously, resulting in extremely high production efficiency. It is an ideal nailing equipment for mass production in door and window enterprises.
The V-port avoidance function allows the position of each nail to be modified to avoid the V-port.
The fixing plate screwing adopts a servo motor, which can set the torque size and improves the problem that the screwing force cannot be adjusted.
It can hold multiple materials at one time. The maximum number of 65-profile materials that can be held at one time is 6, and the window sash can be processed at one time to 10
